How long does shipping take for pro scooters?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout for those who want to hit the park sooner.
Do the scooters come fully assembled?
Most of our scooters arrive 95% assembled. You will typically only need to attach the handlebars and tighten the compression system using the tools provided in the box.
What is your return policy for sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once a scooter has been ridden outside, it is no longer eligible for return.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Scoot products come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty against structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear from stunts or impact damage.
How do I know which scooter size is right for me?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. Generally, the handlebars should sit between your hip and belly button when standing on the deck.
Do you ship replacement parts and components?
Absolutely. We stock a full range of wheels, bearings, grips, and grip tape to keep your setup in top condition.
